These pictures are from my trip to Cambodia! Cambodia is home to the largest religious structure in the world, Angkor Wat. There are over 4,000 ancient temples in Cambodia, some of which were made 1,700 years ago. There are so many temples in Cambodia because during the Khmer Empire (802-1431 CE), the construction of temples during a king's reign was a sign of power. I adored Ta Prohm, which is shown in the last picture (its covered in trees!). Cambodia also has delicious food (I loved the beef Lok Lak), amazing people, and super fun night markets! What an unforgettable trip.
