These pictures are from my pit stop in Ecuador before traveling to the Galapagos Islands! There, they taught me how to make chocolate from scratch. You start by roasting the cocoa bean and separating the nibs from the shell. Then you grind up the nibs into a liquid, add any other ingredients, and you have chocolate!
